Flavor Notes: Pineapples + Turmeric + Coriander

Description:  A sauce that is mildly spicy, right dead center but savory enough to give you a slight kick followed by a pineapple sweetness.  This sauce has many Drunken Noodle & Beef Massaman dish flavors baked in.  Maybe we should have ordered the two dishes and combined them in one plate to see how they compare?
