This is a very special sauce; part of our hot sauce journey began when I was child. Going to communions, weddings and other gatherings, there was never any hot sauce at banquet halls or my relatives houses.  I would carry a small bottle of Tabasco with me in my suit pocket or backpack to spice up the bland banquet / aunts (sorry aunties) food.  As I grew up met my fiance and we created this new flavor together and had the sauce at our wedding.

Made with fresh banana peppers, jalapenos, and a touch of lemon, this sauce is perfectly balanced with onion, thyme, cilantro, and garlic for a spicy kick. Enhanced with Pink Himalayan salt and pink peppercorns, this sauce will elevate any dish.
